Question 1

Where is Elsie Web Agency based, and how do you handle remote projects?

Accepted Answer

Elsie is rooted in East Vancouver, British Columbia, and works with clients locally across Greater Vancouver as well as remotely worldwide. We run projects with clear milestone roadmaps, asynchronous Figma reviews, and scheduled video sessions aligned with your time zone.

Question 2

How is project pricing structured?

Accepted Answer

Every engagement is scoped individually, because no two projects carry the same requirements. After a short discovery call we send a written, fixed scope with everything itemized before kickoff, so you always know exactly what you are paying for before any work begins.

Question 3

Can you show live websites you have designed and built?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our portfolio features real, live web platforms across Vancouver and Canada, including thefrontsupply.ca (creative event space & rental hub), charsconsulting.com (mental health & crisis support), marihaslist.com (national Indigenous grant directory), grantsgpt.ca (AI grant search), moneyhungry.ca (streetwear e-commerce), and eastvanbuds.co.

Question 4

Do you offer ongoing maintenance and SEO after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every website launch includes core SEO setup, search console indexing, analytics, and speed optimization. We also provide ongoing maintenance retainers for security updates, content updates, and continuous search performance tuning.

Question 5

How quickly can a project begin?

Accepted Answer

We review new project inquiries within 24–48 hours. Typical turnaround times range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on whether your scope includes custom development, photography, or video production.
